Hi, i am very disappointed in the report system because it does nothing, i have played LOL 5 years and didn't see any chances in the community,and the xp rate until lvl 30 how is this gonna help the community, ur just letting beginners join ranked early and destroy the ranked games, ok i understand ur a firm and make money pls tell me where can i send money and put me in a beter match with beter players
