two guys insulted my family and my mother repeatedly... and I can't do anything except report???

I made a post in here about how I can do more than just a report to get them banned... I was told that the only thing I can do is post a report and maybe screenshots... that I don't know how to take while playing... but anyway... these guys called my mother a whore over and over... they told me she should die from cancer... and my mother HAS CANCER.... and when I told them they made fun of it... telling me to relax because she will be dead soon...

So... simple question for you RIOT... are you in favor of this behavior??? If not... then a simple report is not enough... because after this I want them to NEVER BE ABLE TO PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN... They are not worthy of playing with others online... I don't care of no one cares in their family about how they are growing up... I care about what they told me... and if they had just cursed at me... then it's ok... I'm thick skinned... but this is SO FAR BEYOND CURSING... this is unacceptable... no one tells something like that without consequences... or rather no one should...

If they are not banned.. then I am the idiot for caring... am I an idiot RIOT??? simple... answer me... I need an answer... AM - I - AN - IDIOT???

First: stop spamming this.

Second: you were given an additional way in your last post, submit a support ticket.

Third: if someone vandalizes your house, you can't do anything to punish those guilty except report it to the police. Same with toxic individuals in the game -- report them.

Ban is rarely first punishment. It goes from chat restriction to ban.

The internet has trolls. I'm genuinely sorry that your trolls crossed the line so brutally, but you CAN mute them.

Riot's system isn't perfect, so they may very well get away with this. But it's not like Riot forced you to just sit there and take it.

i don't really understand people like this. Of course riot doesn't condone this type of behavior that's why it's reportable. What makes you think they do? People are responsible for their actions and while it's not right the only thing you can do is report them.

What do you think would be fair for you to do to solve the situations? As of right now you report them and they will get punished, maybe not today but they will. Like there have said the Internet has trolls. I'm not sure why you needed to tell the people you are playing games with about your own personal problems, but it wasn't needed, let alone they shouldn't have make fun of you and our family, but that's how some people are.

You shared those facts, so you made it all worse upon yourself, as everyone stated, muting them immediately would HAVE SOLVED EVERYTHING.

Honestly, you have a lot going on in your life right now, you say your mother has cancer, your making multiple threads to report guys who you most likely got into a verbal conflict with (I see no game chat posted, so we have no clue of what happened between you two), your trying to say you want them to never be able to play a game again, you talk about knowing who other people online like playing with (I like playing video games with everyone, idc if they are toxic, I had soo many kids tell me how they tasted my mothers vagina in COD), you start talking about your family again, you talk about how this is a personal issue you are having with the verbal conflict you fed information into and refused to ignore, start talking about curses, say your thick skinned (LOL!), more stuff about cursing, then you start talking about punishing people for a basic humane right, then you ask if you are an idiot.

Do you want me to answer the question for you? I will, no, you are not an idiot, you are someone with TOO MUCH on his plate to be playing a fucking video game, getting into verbal arguments with kids who are going to go jerk off then eat after. You should stop playing this video game for the time being, it is either too stressful for you at this time, or at you are too stressed for it at this time.

No one cares about what anyone said in-game, and if you are looking for Riot to let you know that they punished them, or that they feel sorry for you, they will not, they are a business, they make sure their profit engine is working, and people are satisfied, they do not care about avoidable verbal conflicts.
