The Riot Games Behavior System.
I'd just like to share a quote from reddit on exactly how well Riot's system works. (Note: I'm not here bitching about an account I lost, simply find this topic interesting) To me it perfectly exemplifies what this system does (which, in my opinion is what logic dictates it would do), and the lack of improvement the LoL ecosystem gets from it.
>$3 from chinese botting sites, one acc usually lasts ~5 months before the permaban. Rito is the one losing here, I never give them any money, botters get money, and I keep flaming and playing. // As long as the system works like this, I don't care to reform for this game. I have reformed 100% for other games, but for League I just do it intentionally now (as opposed to the original "getting tilted"). // So yeah downvote me for being a flamer, but I'm the one laughing when I ruin your games. And if the system wasn't this bad, neither of us would suffer.

I would really, really love a Rioter's take on this. I have thought this was a GAPING hole in their system for quite a while and user /u/mafibar perfectly summed it up for me. Patiently awaiting a rioter's response.
