Players trolling as "smurfs" in the Ranked Lobbies because of the autofill

I am literally sick of this... In almost 2/5 games is someone who's banning my champ or someone's else champ because they don't like to play their auto-filled role which is really bugging me out. I mean if someone doesn't dodge we either lose the match or someone sacrifices himself (even if that "martyr" has been auto-filled the previous match and it's not fair) which most of the time results into that "smurf" losing lane and feeding OR IN THE WORST CASE we play without a support or a jg and also lose lane. Can't we add a report lobby button for those kinds of people?

Ya that sucks. Thats why i dont show my intent until after ban phase. A lot of assholes ban hovers on purpose and there is no rule against it, which I actually think is a good thing. But yeah, better chance to get your champ banned if you hover it. I show intent after just in case my team wants to build around it.
