False reporting punishable?
Getting annoyed that occasionally players will tell the enemy team "report X for being toxic" when it was the other way around.

Since the system is automated multiple reports do nothing, you just need 1 to trigger a review. False reports also do nothing, if you're chat log wasn't toxic. However, openly asking for reports completely unnecessary and therefore considered harassment and can lead to a punishment.
So in one of those "report x for y reason" cases, just say nothing and report them after the match.
literally nothing will happen if you weren't toxic
false reporting isn't punishable, but it makes it hard for those that have to review it when a ton of players false report.
asking for reports in all chat though is negative behavior and harassment regardless of whether or not the player in question was doing something worth reporting.
the reporting system is meh.
