Is this Romanian? I put it in google translate, but you know you can't trust auto-translators. What did pop out wasn't positive, but there's plenty of other stuff in your chat, mostly harassing your jungler, and most of your other teammates. This chat does appear to be punishable, and if it followed a 2-week ban, then the permanent ban was the next step. I doubt it will be overturned.

Did you have a 14 day ban before? If yes then dont bother with the ticket. You show toxic behaviour and herassment. If you had a 14 day ban you had your final chance and warning, it even says so when you get it. If all that is the case there is nothing for you left to do the account will stay locked and gone.

You're not fun to play with for anyone when you act like that. This is anti social weirdness. You will never be welcomed back. Watch how people interact with eachother throughout your day, and try to emulate that. Until then, society and league are better off without you.

you had a 14 day ban, you were already on your second/last chance. you don't deserve an extra chance over everyone else that gets permanently banned for similar reasons. you lashed out when you were on thin ice and you lost your account. you can make a new one...

That was punishable on it's own. Don't insult other players. That's being part of the problem instead of part of the solution. Anything else you said (calling for reports, etc) was just gravy.

Does it deserve a permanent ban? Depends on your previous punishment tier. shrug

If the Tribunal was still around, I'd have voted 'punish'.
