My apology ro riot games

I'm so upset that I got permantly banned from riot games. From the buttom of my heart I am one-hundred percent reformed. I swear I will change my behavior in the Rift, my chat's words and even my playing style. I will aslo be more kind to my teamates and never again flame to them or abuse them. Please riot games; I beg you to forgive me for my action and I swear to my life that I will never repeat any of these actions as long as I play this game; You got my word. Please answer to me as soon as you can so we can have a conclusion positive or negative. Thanks.
