Would it be possible to get banned for not talking in chat at all?

DISCLAIMER: To anyone that thinks this is just a post about someone crying over a chat restriction, So to recap, I understand that this is completely my fault.

TL;DR: I am just wondering if I completely remove the chat window, silently select the champion I want to play and don't talk ever during games I play if I can still be punished by reports or just punished in general.

Backstory: I am a huge rager, I don't like it about me but I can't seem to get away from it or calm down at all, I have been chat restricted before (10 games) and just recently received my second chat restriction. I get really mad when people troll (feeding lanes intentionally or autolocking MID OR FEED is what I consider trolling) and I tend to voice my opinions in unacceptable ways. I have looked over the new rules regarding unacceptable behavior and how Riot cares about reform but I see that my next punishment is a 2 week ban, followed by a permanent ban.

I would really prefer not to be banned as I have invested countless hours into this game and decided my solution would be to delete my chat box entirely and never use the in game chat. The only problem I have with this is if I have one bad game and end up feeding I might get reported by my team and banned anyways. I was wondering if there is an automated system that bans you or someone to look over the case as my first 2 chat restrictions happened immediately after the games.

I mostly play with friends and use voice communication so I doubt this would be a problem but I have been warned in the past because of enemies reporting me for doing good (this is true, although I was not chat restricted over it). I get that this is kind of restrictive as sometimes you need to chat to explain your intentions to someone IE: "Do you want blue buff, mid?" or "Dragon in 1 minute, we should try to start a fight now" but I see no other option as I can't control my temper when people troll.

No, you don't need to use the chat function. Lyte actually encourages people to not use the chat.

Yes, you can still be punished for toxic behavior that isn't related to chat. Things like ping spamming and griefing are still reportable, and they're detectable by the system to get you banned.

It's possible to get reported, but they will be false reports and you will not get punished for not using chat.

Source: 3 years with a pretty sizeable portion of games where I never say anything in chat.

Also would there be any way to prevent myself from talking in chat with an option that can't be turned off mid-game? Because that would be preferable.

If you hit enter to chat, you can grab the whole chat window and move it down off screen, and then just use map pings. That's what I do. As long as you use map pings to communicate, you are not violating any non-communication rules. Plus you get a lot of screen back.

And I was reading something, somewhere, where the devs were talking about how their automated system can distinguish between intentional feeders and people who are just bad at the game, or having a bad game, or whatever. So if you're not intentionally feeding, you don't need to worry about being reported for it.
