@RiotTantrum Idea for incentivizing players
Yo I wrote this to support fuckin around with an idea, they liked it and advised me to make a thread. I figured this would be better than General Discussion. Unfortunately I'm too buzzed to type it out so here's the copy paste I sent to support.

I got banned back in 2015 for being a total douchecan, I was flaming people left and right and got that fatass chat restriction. Didn't take it seriously, decided to #runitdownmid with the young mobis+Pink+stealth ward combo. BAM INSTANT permaban. Pretty sure I didn't get the 14 day FINAL WARNING, but lets be honest, back then I probably would have gotten perma'd soon as the 14 day ended. Now I could tell you elaborate and tastefully dramatic tales of what an upstanding player I've reformed into, but again being honest, we both know Riot policy is no unbans for the permabanned. So why the hell did I submit a ticket for you to sit and gloss over? I clearly know you're going to drop the copy + paste policy message about my behavior blah blah blah. You know that I know that you are unable to unban this account. Do I think you don't have hundreds, perhaps thousands of other tickets your expected to process? Could it be that I am really such a toxic person that I literally waited two years to type out a three paragraph essay that ate up 20 seconds of your time?
The answer to that question is an absolute, unequivocally resounding nah. I wanted to drop some advice to you goons stuck processing ticket after ticket of toxic dribble from raging 12-35 year olds. It focuses on incentives to play and honor rewards. You see after the rework Weedwick became my favorite champion. I already have a ton of his skins on my main (s4 acct), but they've gotten P R E T T Y old. I even got Grey from an honor capsule last month and I'm still left feeling incomplete. That is why I've decided to type out this long drawn out ticket regarding my 2 year old permaban on an account I clearly was not very invested in. You see, Urfwick needs to be made a permanent skin option in the BE store. It incentives players to farm their ass off for the rare skin. It keeps players, such as myself, from turning into raging shit bags intent on ruining the game experience for my peers. How does it achieve this? I don't want to get permabanned again and lose all my progress. For being honorable whilst farming BE, I even managed to unlock another skin for my favorite champ. I have had double incentives this season to not be an absolute dick, as established in paragraph 1 where I show cased just how able I am to be a dick.
Alright so it worked for me, the toxic guy who fell in love with Warwick. That doesn't mean it's going to work for the toxic Vayne one trick who has never jungled in his 3 years of playing League. That is why I advice Riot takes one of their skin ideas for champions that have a typically toxic playerbase (Vayne, Yasuo, Lee, Zed, Shaco) and create them into Honor exclusive rewards. Imagine how effectively you could cut down the workload if that raging Shaco actually shut his mouth because he wanted to unlock the Honorable Shaco skin? Just some food for thought while you mindlessly copy + paste message after message after message.
