So i got a notification that this guy I reported got a ban then I log back on a couple hours later and im restricted? This dude comes in raging in all caps on everyone all game. Heres the full chat log below. I have no clue why I am banned for this but just being honest as a casual player I dont want to come back and play after this. I dont play ranked I only play casual games.

Keep in mind this guy is spamming chat all game in all caps telling everyone to shutup, telling everyone they are bad and what to do. He ended the game with 0 kills 0 assists and like 5 deaths.

You argued all game about stupid shit that has nothing to do with playing the game. If an idiot is bothering you, mute the idiot. Do not argue with idiots. They are idiots. Idiots cannot be convinced that they're idiots. The other 8 people in the game don't want to hear you argue with an idiot. Move on and play the game.

it's based on both frequency and severity. Things from a severe violation to a pattern of mild violation all contribute to intervention by Riot at each their own rate. This specific game does not matter, it's just here as an example. This just happened to be one of the many that caused it. If there's an arcade, and we see there keeps being arguments, and the same guy keeps being in them, the staff is going to ask him to stop. That's what this chat restriction is.
