Riot banned me permanently for no reason at all...

Hello everybody

2 Years ago, I was playing a lot of LoL with my friends... But when a lot of new games came out, I stopped with LoL. 2 days ago i reinstalled the game and wanted to login with my account... And what did it say u ask? Well that I am permanently banned for use of 3rd party programs/scripting... Like I never did anything of this because where is the challenge then? So i asked for further help by Riot Support... I asked if they can proof this and they just said: "No we can't do this because it can effect further investigations." Then I said it was nonsence because i did put some money in the game and never cheated or did anything against the rules... Suddenly a new guy helped me with my ticket and he went to reinvestigate it again... U know what he found? NOTHING!!! He admitted that there wasn't any proof of scripting programs or 3rd party programs at all!!!! But the worst thing is they won't unban me! Because it was a final decision... Dude this wasn't even my fault? It is Riot's? So I invested in a game that bans me for doing nothing wrong? Well thanks Riot, thank you very much!!

U know what he found? NOTHING!!! He admitted that there wasn't any proof of scripting programs or 3rd party programs at all!!!!

Can you post a screenshot of that conversation? It's really hard to just take your word for that.

Also, it looks like your last played game was February last year, not 2 years ago. Perhaps someone got on the account?

Did you let somebody else use your account, either while you were playing or after you quit?

Your account was perm'ed for a reason. It is due to scripting or 3rd party software usage.

No...... He said he found no evidence of scripting being used "while your account was under compromise". Perhaps you insinuated that "someone" used scripting while logged into your account or he simply checked to make sure that was not the case.

Nowhere did he said YOU didn't used scripting/3rd-party software. He didn't admitted to anything of the sort. Try give that transcript a more thorough read....

Simple as telling them you are gonna sue them. There have been cases of companies losing thousands of dollars and having to reinstate peoples accounts. You see that contract they make you agree to isn't all powerful, wrongful punishments actually result in judges favoring the player and not the company even though the terms of agreement say they hold the power not you. Here is a bit of info for you that game companies don't want you to know.
