Champ Select Trolls

So...first of all I'm kinda upset I have to create a thread and can't have my issue handled in a 1-on-1 situation with a Riot CSR team member.

My main issue is with Trolls and disgruntled players in champ select in lower elo's.... There are players in solo/duo queue who are selecting champs and choosing not to play their roles due to the Auto-Fill option (not to mention people who are just trolling for the sake of trolling)... this is causing players to dodge queue or play through the game and lose not only 20-45 minutes worth of time, but also LP, thus putting the player in a lose-lose situation. I either get to chose to face a ban and lose of LP for queue dodging, or I lose LP in a game I literally have slim to zero hope of winning because one person is very justly mad that they were Auto-Filled into a role they are not comfortable with in a ranked game. Listen Riot, I am all for Auto-Fill in Normals or other game modes, but just make the queue times longer for people who want to play premium roles like mid or jg or bot or whatever. It is near impossible to make it through Placements or climb the ladder from Bronze tier to Silver Tier without running into disgruntled players who are upset with their auto-filled roles or trolls who are determined to ruin the experience for everyone. In regards to the trolls, why can we not report players who troll in champ select without having to play??? Why can't I dodge without a ban? Why do I have to wait because I refuse to play with someone who wants to ruin my experience and others? I am not claiming by any means to be a perfect player, I have gotten upset and left a game before and have absolutely deserved a ban, I'm not saying that bans aren't a useful tool, but the way they are applied is flawed and needs to be examined. There needs to be an appeal process that can be reviewed quickly and efficiently so as to exonerate those of us that are trying to play by the rules but are bullied by trolls. Now let the army of people who are going to say I am a cry-baby who needs to "get-good" begin the onslaught of insults... god i hate the internet...
