Never seen anyone so toxic

I am unranked on this account. Playing at silver level.

I played garen vs darius. Well some history. I had just got back from a gas station and bought this shot called kchill. I drank and has a nasty reaction while in the middle of a game. Besides deciding whether to call 911 or tough it out, I was pretty much afk trying to figure out what to do.

I come back like 2 minutes later and my team had completely lost it. I said something along the lines of, "I am having a bad reaction to this stuff I drank. Sorry guys." The response was, "You're a troll/liar."

Game just ended. Went into end game lobby to try and apologize for not being at the game like I was supposed to. I explained to them what had happened. I said, "I think I should go to the hospital." Their response. "You should drink bleach next time, that'll do the trick." Darius then also agreed with him.

Why are people like this still playing the game?
