Honor level 1 and season rewards

I got chat restricted about 2 1/2 months ago and I played so so many games since that but I didn't even reach checkpoint 1 of Honor Level 2 still stuck at Honor Level 1 and this is just frustrating, I have been grinding but I am not getting any reward either for my Honor because I dont flame, I disabled ally and all chat most of the games I only enable it if I want to do a call really fast. Nor I am getting rewards for my 300 rankeds I have played this season, spent so much time and I am not getting any rewards at Honor Level 1 ?? I understand when someone is getting no rewards because they are flamming many times so they get restricted to Honor Level 0, that makes sense to me but I am grinding so hard and trying to improve my gameplay AND my behaviour! That is so sad to get no rewards only because of a single mistake I made and I know it was a mistake and I am much less toxic now. That punishment is too hard...

So... you didn't really disable chat if you re-enable it to use it, did you.

The bottom line is that if you're playing regularly (10 games per week or so), you would be honor 2 by now unless you are still displaying bad behavior in games. The fact that you consider ranked/honor to be a "grind" tells me that you still don't understand that it's not - ranked is based on your skill, and honor is based on your behavior. Sure, you have to play games to climb either of them, but if you are behaving well in games, you would've climbed honor back by now.

The punishment is too hard? Good. Think about that next time you decide to be rude or toxic to your teammates, and no, that's not okay just because you're trying to "make a call".

If you aren't progressing in honors, either you are still toxic (even if it's mild in toxicity) in chat or you haven't played enough games.
