Someone else was on my account and typed for someone else to be reported into chat. I wrote a ticket to report toxic behavior to riot. After I sent in the ticket I saw what they had written. I don't want to lose my account and needed to know if there was some way I could make sure my account doesn't get banned permanently. If a chat ban is needed I understand but I want to be able to contact Riot over this somehow.
Your story doesn't make sense. You claim.
What? Someone else toxicly report begged, but then you wrote a ticket for that game for that behavior? Makes zero sense.
You deserve to lose your account if someone else was on it. Account sharing is against the rules, although; I'm certain you were the only one on the account during the incident.
Contact Riot by sending in one of those tickets.... so they can tell you the punishment stands.
umm .. that depends on alot of things.
Did you let someone use your account? If so, you are responsible for his behavior.
Have you had punishments before? If it was just that instance, then you should be fine.

One of my family members came into the room when i wasn't there, saw the toxic behavior of the player i reported and asked the enemy team to report them. I didn't know about this until after i sent in the report.
I didn't notice until I sent in the ticket. I have so much time invested in this game. I had pictures of the chat and after i sent in the ticket i saw what had been put in all chat. I wanted to cancel the ticket before it got processed by riot but I know there is no way to do that. I wasn't sharing my account. No one else has been on it other than me. I just don't want to lose my account over something little like this. It wasn't put into the chat in a toxic way.
Thank you guys for answering me though. I'm not a toxic player and I don't want to lose my account for this. If they gave me a chat ban I understand that.
Whether they believe what I say or not that's their call. It's just what was typed wasn't anything vulgar or a racial slur or anything to that effect. It wasn't typed in a toxic way either. Only reason I'm worried is because it was typed in all chat.
