Leveling Up My First Account (SO MANY BOTTERS)

So I after much trepidation (my friends warned me this game can be very addictive but also very toxic) I finally decided to start playing this game. One of the first things I noticed is the HUGE amount of botters in all of my games. No not the AI games but rather every game (literally every game) I've played has had at least one botter. I played a ARAM game and between the two teams a total of 8 people were botters. I tried reporting them but I never am told anything is done about it. Will this ever be addressed?

They try to ban them in waves so that they never reach the level 30 mark that they need to be sold. The number of bots will also disappear slowly as you gain levels and they get weeded out. If they ban them as soon as they are detected the bot designers get a very fast developments loop for developing their bots. By only banning them once every 3 or 4 weeks you keep the bots at bay.

Also to answer the question if bots will ever be banned: I made an account 2 years ago to see how bad it was (https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/r7TYEftJ-i-wanted-to-find-out-the-amount-of-bots-in-aram-and-co-op-so-i-made-a-smurf) and it still really didn't improve.

TL;DR : They try to fix it, but they really haven't

Once you get just a slight bit above or below the most common elo, the bots largely disappear. Only thing to do for it is play more games.

You'll find that botting will drop off significantly once you reach level 30. There's little motivation to bot above that level. It sucks, and Riot should do a better job of stopping it, but at least you're nearly there.

there are 2 important things you need to know

unless you lose like 90% of your games up to level 30, you will NEVER EVER get matched with bots again once youre above lv 30. because the matchmaking changes a bit at lv 30+ and bots get sold at lv 30 which is also the level they stop playing at.
riot bans them in waves with the reason that "this prevents botters from finding out how we detect them" while this is the most stupid excuse reason ever, it does nothing. literally a ban wave comes in, 1 hour later you can play on your low level smurf and get fresh bots in your matches again.

2.1 the "banning them in waves" excuse is stupid because hm lets look at your average bot account. usually goes 0/20 always same summoners always same runes always same champ thats currently f2p always same behavior YEAH MAN HOW DOES RIOT FIND OUT WHO IS A BOT I HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA.

2.2 since botters never stop (this is a battle riot cant win) and because of what i said in 2.1 their "in wave bans" is just an excuse for riot to be lazy and to make the game worse for low level players. if they banned them on a daily routine, at least the chance of getting matched with them is lower. because in the end botters still have to create these accounts. they just create so many in advance that they have enough right when the next banwave hits. banning them daily would force botters to create new accounts DAILY.
