Allied Alistar dies to give first blood, UNPROVOKED, he proceeds to sit top for 5 minutes. I get angry a few minutes into being 1v2 in lane and ping him to come back. Kog gets free farm and turret plates while I struggle to solo lane into Kog and Blitz. His trio queue, Alistar along with Kled and Malph cusses me out in mid-late game and reports me. Actions speak louder than words..... except I get chat banned and their trio walks away clean.

you didn't get punished because of 3 reports. 3 reports have the same value as 1. you got punished because of your own chat. had you kept your chatlog clean of toxicity, you'd be fine. next time contain your ego and report after the game.
