My friend he got permanent banned from League of Legends. I just wanted to know, if there is any possible way to get unban?
He got for inflammatory and offensive behavior. Is it possible for him to get an unban from league of legends and give him a new chance?

Only if there was a mistake and his chat wasn't inflammatory/offensive enough to warrant a punishment (assuming he'd had a 14 day ban before).
No, there is no way for him to be unbanned. (unless the ban was a error )
There's no way he can get unbanned. He can still play the game by playing on a different account tho.
