To be honest, I have been a toxic ish player for a while.... but I didn't think I would get permabanned. I haven't even played for about a month and I logged on today and was using words like %%%%%% and idiot and retard. These are really offensive words and I regret it... I really want to get unbanned this is just really unfortunate for me. I got chat banned probably 3 months ago and didnt know I would get PERMA banned. I really regret it. I mean, you're using multiple zero-tolerance words in addition to being generally toxic, so I don't know what else you'd expect to happen. Your 14-day ban would have warned you that any further misbehavior would result in a perma, and this is quite a bit worse than "misbehavior".

You could ask support to downgrade it to a 14 day ban, since you didn't know that homophobia/racism are zero tolerance policy. because they don't tell the players that, for no good reason. It's a low chance, but they might.
