Ban Appeal

So my account has been perma'd but I haven't been the one playing, nor have I been home, I spent quite a bit of money and time on this account lately and it really sucks that it's now gone. I left for vacation and my friend has been at my house dogsitting for me and playing on my account and got me banned. I'm furious with him right now but I really want my account back, I hate to see all that money go to waste so quickly. If there's any way I can get my account back or lesser ban please help.

Shouldn't of let him have access to your account. It's your fault he got on and got you banned

If you want to talk with Riot directly about your issue, then you will need to put in a support ticket.

You should know, though, that it's very unlikely that Riot will lift your ban on the account. Since the games were played on your own computer, the login location will be the same as it always has been, therefore making it very difficult to actually prove that it was someone else playing on the account and not you.

Either way, though, account security is entirely your responsibility, not Riot's. Making it easy for someone else to login to your account, whether it's set to auto-login or leaving your account credentials out in the open (like on a piece of paper or something), is unfortunately your fault. Even if you have a lot of trust in someone, it's still best to be safe and have security measures set up in case they unexpectedly break that trust.

Sounds like your friend owes you some RP. Damn. That sucks dude, but like others said, its not Riots responsibility to prevent people from going in your house, opening league, and playing on your account. Thats a shitty situation though, for sure. Idk how I would handle that as either side. Would I actually pay you for all the skins you bought on that account? I honestly dont know.

I get what you mean but I was out of my house and I have auto log in on, I couldn't help that he logged on and played on my account, like I said I'm on vacation, not even at home this week, I have someone dog sitting for me, I have my auto log in on because I'm the only one that uses my computer.
