banned before 1 year
i got ban before 1 year, and i realize that i wasnt kind and giving respect to another players, so i want to ask for unban because i want to play this game again, of course i will not be vulgar again.

You won't get an unban if your ban is justified -- your summoner name alone makes me think it most definitely is. :S
If you do want to try get unbanned, you would need to send a ticket to Riot support and see what they say. They won't unban you unless the ban you received isn't for a valid reason.
We can't give you any other advice here as you haven't posted any information regarding your ban.
My advice would be to create and level a new account if you want to continue playing, and really try to reform and stick to the summoner's code.

if the ban was not placed in error then no, you wont get it back
You are free to create a new account to play this game again. Your banned account are gone.
p.s. - nice name btw. I would not recommend using it when asking Rito for redemption
