if you've had a 2 week ban before this game then this ammount of toxicity is enough for permaban, just like it is specified in your two week ban notification

if you didn't have a 2 week ban before this, i suggest contacting support

Not permaban on it's own, but as a repeated offense I could imagine. You probably had a 14 day ban before?

Yeah, breaking the rules yet again after a 14 day ban will get you perma'd. Breaking the rules in one game wont get you a permaban though. You kinda have to count all the previous offenses too, since thats what all led up to the permaban. Saying its just one game that got you a permaban is a bit misleading. Its not blatantly false, but its leaving out the previous times you broke the rules and got a chat restrict, and then broke em again and got a 14 day ban. Now you broke them again and got a permaban.
