I don't give a shit if you permaban me, but I spent real money on this game, and now I can't even play it anymore. i deserve my money back at the very least.

These threads pop up with some regularity, and I never get the logic behind them.
Like, if you paid dues to a club, and through repeated offenses was barred from the club, would they be obligated to refund your dues? Same if you paid for a semester of college, then got expelled halfway through.

Read the ToS/ToU you agreed to when you started playing. You aren't entitled to it back, at least not legally.

If you're going to spend money in a game, don't risk losing it by abusing others in-game.

I had an account wrongfully perma banned as well. And this account was recently the victim of an unjust chat restriction. The lessons I’m learning.
- I do not and will not ever purchase RP again.
- I try to mute all the chat, pings and emotes before I even leave the starting spot and buy starting items. This way I don’t give my team the chance to flame.
- I have learned to not gank lanes if they are feeding. They won’t stop feeding if you gank them, just feed when you are gone. If whole team is feeding, I ignore them and try to get something moving solo.
- Don’t bother reporting inters or trolls. RIOT wont’t ban them, only you if you say something to them. Try to not get worked up over them (this is hard).
- Don’t be affraid to ff @15. I used to never ff, then my main account got banned. Now I’ll vote yes on one if I’m even mildly annoyed.
This is a work in progress.
What gets me in most of these is how the people complaining about the bans are so 100% certain the other side isn't getting a ban for their actions. They can't look past their own penalty, or common sense, and just assume because they got punished the other side is in the clear.
