Account got Hacked, someone used scripts, now I'm permabanned. Help?

Today I woke up finding out that my League account was banned for scripting. I was absolutely baffled by this as I've never used scripts so I immediately checked on my match history.

Lo and behold, someone gained access to my account on October 9th and was playing on it up until now. This person must have been using scripts as I'm now permanently banned but the thing is that I very rarely play League of Legends anymore. My last time I played was on September 25th. And when I do play League of Legends, it's with friends only unless URF is out. As can be seen in my match history on any game before October 9th. Match History.

I've spent nearly $2000 on this game, and I've been playing it since around the end of Season 1. I know for a fact that it wasn't me on my account, I didn't even know that my account was compromised and being played on. And to top it off, I was able to attend PAX West this year and got myself a Pax Sivir skin, but even that doesn't add up to the many many items I've purchased in game.

Has Riot unbanned anyone that has been banned because of such issue? I see that it's extremely unfair if I were to receive a permaban for something out of my control.

I'm just looking for some help and I've sent in a ticket but it seems many just get bot replies to them.
