You have answered your own question. It is against the rules to "fire back" against anyone for anything.
Joining the flaming and griefing does not make you superior to them, it just adds you to the list of trash being taken out.

Griefing is often misunderstood or not easy to detect. You firing back is easy to detect, and rito is not okay with it.

They flame, you add to it. Flaming someone who flames you does not reduce the tension/toxicity. Flaming a flamer only makes the game now have more flamers.
Because in firing back at griefers and flamers, you became a griefer and a flamer yourself.
