Perma banned for toxicity

Its a video game people are going to flame one another but unless it is being done in manor that you are threatening someone, be racist or homophobic it should not be solved with a permanent ban from ever playing the game again. The worst punishment in my opinion for being just being toxic (no racism or stuff like) that should be a permanent chat restriction allowing the player to continue playing the game but they are unable to so called "ruin the game for the other players" (Even though you can mute players making bans of any length kind of questionable). The other thing is people will report in the league without reason you could "?" ping a teammate once and they have a decent chance of them reporting you if they're having a bad game and getting a little mad. Then say you said a swear in that same game well when the bot looks over the game cause you got reported guess what it picks up on that swear that had nothing to do with anyone. My point is people should only get permanent bans for making the game unplayable for anyone else (Throwing. cheating...) but the fact is there is a mute button so if someone doesnt like getting flamed or like hearing you complain they can just mute you.
