3/31/17 i was permanently ban for toxic behavior.

I have been playing league for 5 years, over that time i have had in total 2 punishment offences, a 10 game chat restriction and a permanent ban. These were after i swapped regions and had an extremely touch patch in my life. the offences occurred with in a few weeks of each other and were a direct result of my circumstances (moved region for a job opportunity that feel through, new country with no money, friends or job) this is not an excuse for my to lash out and i 100% deserved to be punished for my actions. Buy why a perma ban?

I have shown that i am not normally a toxic player through my past years and this was a patch for me, why didn't i just receive a 14 day suspension or even something longer ?

I know the chances of me getting unban are non-existent, and that's not what i'm asking for. I simply don't understand why a permanent ban was appropriate given my years of good behavior and low number of offences.

  1. How often do you play league?
  2. When was the date of your permaban?
  3. How many games have you played since then?
  4. Have you received any warnings or suspensions since your permaban?
  5. What does it say on the reform card when you login to the client?

Hate speech such as racism and homophobic slurs have a 0 tolerance policy and can escalate you instantly to a permaban.

If your reform card chat logs have any words like %%%% that, then it's probably hate speech. This also includes telling others to "kill themselves / kys", and so on.
