Crazy first offence ban?

My smurf just got hit with a 2 week ban even though it has no priors at all. I was definitely toxic in those games, but I feel like it was a super unjust punishment.. I didn't initiate any of the conversations - the first game was the result of a darius spamming in all caps about how trash I am after his deaths, and a bot lane which refused to move (although they had pressure) when my red was being taken but then flamed me for trying to recover cs while they was fighting in river, and I'd had a pretty bad game before so I had just had enough. The second game was a game I had where no matter how much I pinged that they were gonna get ganked all my lanes just refused to back up at all and would just feed, then starting going on about how the enemy team had the better jungler. Again I should have just /mute all, but this elo pisses me off and eventually I just wanna get them to understand they they are literally inting them blaming me for it even though I did everything I could to stop them. It's fair enough I was punished, but I feel like 2 weeks in way too harsh considering no one in those games got banned although they were just as bad, if not worse. Retaliation is just as bad as initiating it and will be treated equally. So you responding to it is just as low as people start it. Toxic is toxic. Nothing in between. And toxicity doesn't belong here.

As for the punishment, it's quite possible your history of toxicity and chooses of words may as well been in a zero-tolerance policy. Whatever the reason they banned you for, this is quite justified. No one should be typing like this and will only encourage people to become worse. So maybe you should take this as a wake-up call, as it is meant to be, and change your attitude. The Terms of Use isn't there just for show, Riot enforces it.
