What about toxic players?

Hello everybody,

at first I want to excuse for every mistake I am makin, because Englisch is not my mother tongue. I am playing league for plenty of years, not always very intensive, but consistent and on an medium Level I would asume. I am not that good in statistics but it feels like there is a real toxic player in 2/5 matches. There has always been toxic Players but somehow I think they are getting more and more.The trigger for this post is the Riven in my last game ruining a game in lead after the jungler died diving in her lane. This resulted in Riven having 1/16 in a 20min game.... Even though this was not the first inting player in my Team I am exhausted now. I came to a Point where I am somehow happy if the inting player is in the other Team so there is any Chance to climb and not only I get punished and this thinking makes me feel bad. I am working and want to have fun with friends/alone and I do not have any problem with bad players if they TRY and Play AS TEAM - but this toxic inting guys are destroying any pleasure of league. There are so many of them that I am curious what happens to them if they get reported - and somehow I think there is no Penalty at all or otherwise they would be gone. Everyone can tilt once and deserves a warning, but the second time wasting the time of 9 other guys they should receive a permanent ban - and I am sure every other good guy out there is with me on that point.

PLEASE RIOT INTERACT - EVEN IF THEY ARE GONE FOR EVER IT IS GOOD FOR THE WHOLE FANBASE, CAUSE PEOPLE LIKE THAT DO NOT BRING ANY BENEFIT AT ALL!
