Can you finally truly punish players for dodging ? I'm playing ARAM because I want a quick short game, not wasting 40 fucking minutes in queue because of people not getting the "ARAM" concept

ARAM dodge timers are already the longest in the game. No, we shouldn't have to wait a fucking hour if we dodge. 30 minutes is fine (15 for the first time in 16 hours.)
Yeah I kind of agree. I wish Dodge penalties were slightly harsher. However, 7 dodges in a row is pretty damn uncommon. It's usually not that bad.
its because of the new system where there is a larger champion pool. no one wants to play aram with random champions
I play ARAM just to play, and as much as I hate using melee champions on this mode I grin and bear it with tank runes
Dodge penalties for ARAM should always be longer than an actual game of ARAM. There's no possible issue where you might get kicked from lobby for reasons beyond your control, excepting catastrophic failure (client/computer crashing entirely, power going out entirely, etc.).
Make it a serious choice to dodge an ARAM game (something's come up and you're physically incapable of playing it all the way through). You're going to be out those 20-30 minutes either way, then, so you might as well play with what you get, even if it is shitty.

It's too hard for RIOT to make 30 minute increments instead of the BS they have right now. They encourage dodging with their sad system.
And many people dodge, not because they got a shit comp, but because they got a champ they can. not. play. and either have no rerolls, no one wants to trade, or no one in the pool is someone they can decently play, if there even is anyone in the pool.
Yes, getting a bunch of dodges in a row is annoying, but just because you ended up against a really good comp, doesn't mean people dodged to get that comp. Why? Because THE PERSON WHO DODGED WONT EVEN HAVE THAT COMP! They dodged, they now have to wait 15/30/45 minutes. And yes, I've had a 45 minute wait before so it DOES go up that high.
If their going back and forth between accounts to get that perfect aram comp, then chances are... they're teamed with other aram-only account people. So even if no one dodged, you could still end up against that "perfect aram team".
