excuse me riot its been so long that trollers have been reporting me each n every game but they dont't get suspended when i report them and also when trollers report me my league account is permanently banned today 17th August,2018 so i would kindly request u to plz unlock my league account and also plz i will respect others cause i also know its not my right to say something stupid and this all happen because they were feeding and blaming me plz give me chance again to play in my account i paid for all the rp n bought skins in that account plz i beg u plz reply ASAP.

How do you know they didn't receive a punishment? For all you know they did but it just wasn't your report alone that triggered one for them.
It only takes one report to flag a game for review, and if nothing of guilt is found then it is deemed false and thrown out.
If you got permabanned it means that you've received previous warnings in the past and refused to take them seriously enough to change your behavior enough to avoid a permaban. While trolls are annoying and frustrating to deal with ultimately it was your behavior alone that got you to this point.
