Low Priority Queue

I don't see why I got a five game low priority queue. My internet messed up one time causing me to join my game late before the early surrender popped up and when it did my team surrendered and the result screen came up telling me I've been placed in the low que after ONE mess up. I have had no problems in my past games and all of a sudden I get this.
