Banned by riot for defending my Race against racist people

Here is the transcript they sent me showing my toxic behavior and why i was permanently banned. Lets take a vote was I toxic here:?

I do not believe you were banned for what you claim to have been banned for. The ban looks to be for your negative and aggressive chat, particularly the insults.

That being said, I hope that action is taken concerning the other player as well.

I agree league needs to crack down on the racial slurs because they are both over used and hurtful also just so happens the most used is the n word which is very insulting . I think the other player deserves the same punishment you received because just like you they too broke a rule . Overall i think you deserve your ban but** i think its important you understand that you weren't banned for defending your race, You were banned for having a negative attitude that impacted the rest of your teammates in a negative** way next time i suggest biting the bullet and reporting at the end of game.

Just wanted to update everyone who said i deserve the ban and should accept it. Pls read below and know you were wrong.

Greetings ReverenDick,

I looked over the 3 games mentioned on the permanent suspension and I wanted to talk about what I noticed in these games.

It looks like during the game you are fine and you are even helpful to players at the beginning of the game, it seems like when something goes wrong in the game then you turn on players in your games including insulting them for their gameplay and this makes the rest of the game turn into quite a negative experience for all involved.

The games mentioned on this banning are negative enough to warrant a permanent suspension especially since you have recently gone through a 2 week suspension and about 2 weeks later this banning occurred. I wanted to give your account one final chance, and I will be applying a final 2 week suspension on your account.

I also wanted to discuss the game where there was quite a bit of hatespeech going on, in this game there were players that were being incredibly toxic to each other and you responded back to them with a response claiming to defend yourself about the use of hatespeech. While I understand the want to explain this to others in the game with a measured response. This is not the place for you to be speaking about this in League. If this happens in the future just mute these players and report them after the game, there is no need to spread the negativity.

Please note that the next negative action on your account will result in a permanent suspension of your account and if it is placed we will not be removing or altering the suspension for any reason whatsoever.

yes i do think its little over board but at the same time! you still where kinda toxic and weather you where defending your self and you're race These words are still looked at even if your a good player and league i have had my share of that but its all about what you say minor or not Riot just is getting harder because tons of people do this at times and not all the time is every one so clean in this game!

Keep in mind the rest of your words where fine but over all those are still consider rude in other person's eye's even if you are not meaning to or not Riot will still take note of that because your attacking some one because they got on your case remember its a game don't be so focused on another player's and don't mention your gonna report them all that does it seem rude because people do that a lot! Saying stuff like to others will make them continue to act that way to make you mad so over all your just playing into what they want just mute them or ignore them it's not really worth the ban IMO!

But yes the others are right attacking your team is no better then that player so keep that in mind Defending you're self or not Riot just wont take it anymore because so many people do this on a daily base! just be more wise when talking in the game!

Why does everyone who clearly gets banned due to their clearly aggressive chat logs always feel the need to post a "Should I have been banned" thread?

The fact that you had to come up here and ask everyone that after knowing what your chat logs look like show that you've absolutely no clue how you should behave as a player in the LoL community.

In my honest opinion, yes, you do deserve the ban.

This isn't the format that usually accompanies chat logs, as they normally have the user's name and or time stamps.

That being said, you should take into account your punishment history. If you had recently came off a 2 week ban, your next punishment results in a permaban.

The fact you were banned, for your clearly aggressive negative behavior, indicates you likely have already had several previous warnings, due to the same behavior. Riot isn't going to ban you after one offense. So I am pretty sure this was just a "last straw" scenario that lead to your being banned, just as I am sure the other parties involved, especially those using the racial slurs, got at least warnings if not chat bans.

Bottom line, no room for toxic or negative behavior, especially in chat.
