Riot, can you please make the penalty for dodging champ select a loss of LP greater than a typical ranked loss. I've had times where it takes 40 minutes to get a game (only in gold here) just because of the amount of champ select dodging. People aren't afraid of a 10 minute time out and 5 LP loss or whatever it is. Just make it so they will regret dodging more than possibly winning even if it looks grim.
Dodging a losing hand is part of the game.

all Player's have the right to dodge any game they deem as a loss or cause grief.
If you don't want to wait or don't have time? play Coop vs Ai or Custom.

This happens all the time, i try to get into one draft pick game, about 4-5 dodges cause people dont get lane....
make the penalty too big and people will enter the game even though they just found out they have to leave in 20 mins
Well Riot needs to figure out how to identify troll picks then, which will never happen because saying "just because it isn't meta....." will always beat the argument of that its a troll pick. But I am surprised by all the troll picks everyone is getting, as I have not had one probably this entire year. Sometimes, the troll picks work out as well. Maybe synergy or teamwork is better with that certain pick.

Isn't it reasonable that extending a queue time a lesser offense than actually ruining a game by leaving during the ranked game and making your whole team lose LP?
What if an emergency happened? I would much rather have my teammate dodge in champ select to handle the emergency vs get into game and then leave.

yes let's waste our team with a trolling kalista jg. However we could just dodge and lose 3 lp instead of wasting 20 minutes knowing you'll lose 100% and losing even more lp.
