Perma Baned for 3rd party, cant get help
One day out of the blue with no warning, recent downloads, or anything i got perminatly banned out of the blue while joining to play with some friends.
I have never cheated in my life and have only played about 3 ranked matches this season. Not to mention I'm hardly an average player. I wouldn't even know where to begin to write a script to hack into league. I just find it strange that as soon as i have all the champions i want and over $300 worth of skins I get perminatly banned with no warning, and no evidence supporting their case forcing me to spend EVEN MORE money on the game.
I even told them that im even willing to make a new account at this point and i just want to make sure i dont get banned by mistake again and their reply was this:
"Hey Summoner,
I'm Broken Blade and I will be assisting you.
I have taken another look into your account just to make sure everything's correct for you, and it does seem there were exploits being used by this account with no signs of ever being compromised. However if an account is ever compromised, as the account creator you are ultimately responsible for all behavior on your account as well as maintaining its security and the security of its login information. While we can help players recover their accounts if they are compromised, we can't ignore any negative activity that occurred on their account while it was shared or compromised.
We took action to protect the fairness and integrity of the Fields of Justice. We stand firm on our decision to suspend this account and we will not be lifting it."
"DOES SEEM that there were exploits" it sounds to me like they perma banned me and took $300 worth of skins with out being 100% sure
I PLAY ANNIE FOR GOD SAKE what would i need with a script??
they are of no help,It seems they are banning people at random and refusing support. let this be a lesson to never buy skins in this game, its a free game until you make it otherwise and their mistakes like this end up costing you a lot of money.
