Please Remove Automated 3rd Party Ban System

Hello fellow summoners a friend of mine whom I know personally was recently flagged by riots automated ban system, and by looking at one of the more popular discussions today many others have had this issue as well. I for one do not think it is fair for an automated system to be handing out bans, and when a support ticket is submitted you are then greeted with copy/paste automated answers from riot support. The worst thing about all of this is that riot gives no chance of appeal in anyway. They believe there system can not be flawed. I do believe many of the ones complaining are actually cheaters but there are some out there that are not. To loose an account one has had for years after doing nothing wrong and getting no explanation as to why the ban occurred has got to infuriating. I love this game and have only been playing for a few months my friend, Stoobly, is the one who got me started into it, the one that has been banned. I have spent about $100 in rp and would like to spend more but knowing in the blink of an eye riots system can select you due to some bug and they will make no attempt to help makes me very cautious to spend anymore money on this game at all. Even if 99% of the bans are accurate that 1% of people who received false bans have almost no way to get into contact with an actual person with any intention of doing anything for them other than saying sorry your guilty. I hope riot can work this out so I can continue with my chest buying addiction without the fear of loosing my account due to some sort of bug somewhere in some program. Thoughts, concerns, and ideas? Thanks for reading!

It's not my area of expertise, but I have let the experts know that people are curious.

In my experience, the 3rd party bans are very very very .. very accurate. Most of the time when people genuinely didn't script and get punished, it's because they gave their account to a friend, a booster, or purchased an account from someone who did. Boosters script all the time, and it's a surefire way to get your account banned.

Scripting communities even get together and draft responses together, in an attempt to make their requests seem more legitimate by flooding forums/support with similar requests.

I am getting down-votes, which is okay, but I would like to see a few explanations as to why you feel the way you do. Thanks again!

Just to give everyone an update my good friend Stoobly has been unbanned today. It appears that there are mistakes in the system because after a third string of support emails he was unbanned. I am very pleased but at the same time this brings even more legitimacy to the concerns I had about the automated system. Just because someone was banned does not mean they are guilty. Please riot in the future investigate these things more before taking action. I wonder if they are familar with csgo and their cheater detection system, I digress. Thanks everyone for contributing!

They feel this way because they believe the system is doing more good than harm. Most likely because they have not been negatively effected. I'm in just got fucked over boat myself. 7 year old account, $1000s spent, blah blah blah. I don't mind an automated system, as long as it is accurate and in the event of a flaw there is a system in place to help players by means of an appeal process or something. Seems to me they just think everything is honkey dorey and all the people claiming it was a mistake are dirty lying cheaters, which might just be the truth in most cases.

Pretty frustrating situation indeed.

Who says it's automated?

My understanding was that the script detection was automated, but that it was turned over to a human for verification.
