Can I be banned for this????

So I say one bad word and ask where they were and call someone dumb yet I get banned for something stupid like this

Of course you can get punished for that. Chat isnt for stupid ass questions like "are you blind?" And calling people degenerates and asking for reports. Your chat is very antagonizing and just stirs up bullshit chat wars. If I was in that game, I would be like oh great this guy is starting some shit so now these other dummies are gonna start arguing with him and now im stuck playing a game with a team thats just bitching at eachother the whole time. So, yes. Punishable chat. Stop doing that. Remain neutral or positive IN CHAT. You can be as negative as you want to while you play, just dont put it in the chat feature. I dont know how you can work your way up to a 14 day ban, and STILL not bother to learn the rules. Now youre permabanned because you decided to be willfully ignorant of the rules. Its on you man sorry. Inform yourself in the future to avoid shit like this.

Spending money doesn’t grant you any kind of anti-ban privileges. If you break the rules, you’re held just as accountable.

Sounds like you had previous punishments too. On your 14 day suspension it should have clearly said that ANY negative or toxic behavior in the future would be met with a permanent ban. While these aren't the worse logs I've seen they are negative. You have griefing/giving up (ff15), direct insults (you fucking degens), and calling for reports on other players. All of those are considered negative behaviors.

Also it doesn't, and shouldn't, matter how much money you've spent on the game. Negative behavior is negative behavior and should be punished as such.

You were not banned for "one bad word". You were banned because you have a history of violating the contract that you signed with Riot Games. You were banned for ignoring multiple, written warnings from the company itself telling you to stop harassing their customers.

Emikk unfortunately your best bet is to submit a ticket to Riot support. They will show you your chat logs from any suspensions, but unfortunately they aren't going to be very helpful otherwise. If their system says you deserve the punishment, and your account was given proper incremental warnings, they won't give it a second thought. Riot support doesn't humanize your penalty at all, and they will even refer to you as an "account" in your text.

To be honest, I've also been perma banned before. I do believe the penalty of a lifetime ban is extreme for people being toxic in a tiny portion of their games. I've seen a lot worse things in my games than anything I've said, or anything said by you in your chat logs. I've played thousands of games on my account, and when they gave me chat logs for all my suspensions, only 8 games led up to my ban. I was toxic in roughly 0.1% of my games. Riot also would like you to reform, but no matter if you do or not...they will tell you that you can't have your account back. Heck, within my 8 game chat logs, 2 games I was defending myself, and 2 games I was defending a fellow summoner.

Unfortunately having human responses and emotions, Riot isn't in support of it. You can't be anything more than a robot in their matches, or they might punish you for it. Riot also doesn't appear to care if you reform or not, they are very firm about trying to not lift bans.

As much as I hate to admit it. Yes it is bannable. I dont like the fact that flaming could be bannable but I know by saying this all the League forum knights are gonna downvote this

You can try seeing if they give you some leeway since this was your first time offense. I've reported people for worse but they are still playing so I think that you should be fine if it was your first time offense.
