Riot UNBANNING permabanned accounts?

My friend is very toxic and he got permabanned 4 times. Recently, after he got his 5th account banned he just writes to riot support to say that he is reformed and shit and they gave his account back by reducing it to a two-week ban! Then he tried to do the same with his first account and they gave to him. Idk if their politics concerning not unbanning anyone is changed or something. If you have a old permabanned account, it is worth to try to get it back now.

It's not realistic to ask for an old account back. This one probably only happened because the permaban came for something that wasn't that bad.

just talked to riot support... apparently is was a "short term experiment." cool...

so i still have no way to get back the account i put alot of money into, great way to tease the fans riot. ;) you guys are really knocking it out of the park.

I'd actually consider coming back if they unbanned my account, otherwise money and customer permanently lost to the aether.

Funny thing I googled "unbanning accounts" but I meant for Rainbow Six, but I clicked this anyway since it came up first. Evelynn

Thanks for giving me hope i lost all hope after my 7th account was banned which did not have anything directed or toxic to anyone. It was just arguing with team and you know the usual cursing like wtf, damn, holy sht. I will try to appeal but I understand if I don't get it reduced.
