Can I Send A Ticket For An Extremely Toxic Player?

Hey, I just played with a Katarina on my secondary account who literally kept talking crap and wouldnt stop. Told kids they had downsyndrome, that they were nothing and amounted to nothing, said people should kill themselves, told people that they were garbage, told people they were losers, sat in base and kept spamming that everyone in the game were "%%%S" Here is the after game chat this particular person said. (This is nothing compared to what was said in game)

This one player made me want to quit the game entirely. Any help/options? I'd really want this player to be banned for a long long time.

The X's are the bad words because they dont show when i copy paste them lol

Yes, you can... but what's the point, honestly. There are a lot of toxic players in mid-low elo. Instead of reporting everyone of them, the ideal thing to do would be to try and improve your own game-play. . . And when you rise high enough, there will be less and less trolls!

Mute them when they start talking about you personally, you eventually will get enough experience to know who is going to flame for the rest of the game.

All I see is a guy talking shit to himself for not making anything of his life. He's probably a 40 year old basement dweller who can't form the social skills to hold a job and become independent. Like, there is 0 chance that he couldn't easily say that about himself.
