"flame" : when you try to help your team by giving them examples of what they could do instead of being trolls

  • hey vayne , you shouldn't flash there man , you gave them free kill . vayne : report fucking flamer

REAL FLAME : kill your selves you s..... fa...ts pieces of s....., i hope your mother .......

so.. why "flame" gets banned?

Toxic? No. Being annoying by being captain obvious? Probably.

I would not report you, but I would mute you in a heartbeat.

There is no need to rub mistakes in people's faces. I know you have good intentions, but in the heat of the moment, those are easily misinterpreted.

And stuff like "you gave them a free kill" is dangerously close to blaming them.

Ask if they would like advice first. If they say no or are silent, just don't do it. It is not worth it to negatively influence the team vibe - even if you mean well.

Because, believe it or not, most people who are aiming to improve already know what they did wrong and those who don't want to improve simply don't care.

As a rule of thumb: Don't give anyone "advice" unless they specifically ask for it. Otherwise you just look like the typical "omg this team has no brain" player.

It doesn't, not if you type it like that.

you should try doing that without being rude

vayne : report fucking flamer

calling for reports is punishable

REAL FLAME : kill your selves you s..... fa...ts pieces of s....., i hope your mother .......

that's toxicity actually

whgats the difference? the mild ones can get you a chat restriction, where as the really awful ones can get you either a 14 day ban or a perma

Do you really think anyone needs you to point out mistakes?

Do you really think they dont know that they failed?

Did they ask you to correct their mistakes?

Plus i dont believe that you type such a long sentence ingame. You most likely wrote something like "OMG FAIL FLASH, NOOOOOOOOOOB", just based on my experience with thhis community. I may be wrong, though.

Because all you're doing with your "flame" example, is pointing out a mistake that an ally made. There's literally no point in telling him that. What's the goal? Tilt him? Make him say sorry? You think he thought that the flash was good and you need to tell him it wasnt? What's the reason for telling him his flash gave them a free kill?
