14 day ban glitch

My account had 14 day suspension, it was set to be uplifted the 16th. I can play the game now but the 14 day suspension chat log pops up every time I log in still and I'm chat restricted

Sounds like a bug. Post in Help and Support or Report a Bug and submit a support ticket.
