saying "i don't want to play anymore" needs to be a perma bannable offence

saying "i don't want to play anymore" needs to be a perma bannable offence in ranked because it ends up making even good people toxic.

im ******* sick of a lanner dieing solo lvl 3 then saying "can i afk? i don't want to play anymore" then getting 10+ deaths. i'm talking about you riven, yasuo, and fiora's. it doesn't matter how well you do in the game, you can be up 3k+ gold on your respective lanner, but when a lane literally runs it down their lane and feeds there is no way to outperform the gold income the enemy laner gets.

there is practically no way to carry a game with a 15+/0/0 enemy laner at 18 minutes, before you can even surrender. -and then even good people start to think/say "well i don't want to fucking play now either" it's become fucking "league of which team has the player that wants to feed more". it's not fun, even when it benefits your team.

it's not here and there we have a bad game, its 1/3 the time the enemy does something that should be bannable, 1/3 the time your team does something that should be bannable, and 1/3 oh this was a fun game i love league of legends. i don't like those stats riot.

if you're not going to ban people who int every other game, or 10 games in a row, at least make a separate hidden que for them or something so they only ruin the game for people who do similar things.

nobody wants to play with a person who either goes 20/0 or 0/20. they ruin the game for 9 other people. so lets take all the

"oh i did really bad this game, but the enemy top laner doesn't want to play anymore, so we win anyways" or "i solo killed my enemy laner 3 times, am up 50 cs, and roamed and got two kills bot, but my top laner lost the lvl 3 fight and doesn't want to play anymore so the enemy wukong is now 18/1/ so i guess i just don't want to play now either." that's the game you are cultivating right now.
