I wish the system did a better job of player behavior punishment!

I know riot must be working on better behavioral systems but right now they arent the best i always try to do my part in the community and report toxic players along with write out the specific reason on why i think they ruined the game and should be punished however it doesn't seem like there is ever any real repercussions for them if its only one person doing there part and it really upsets me as a player who whole heartily loves this game i would really like to see the community improve!

this was my predicament of today ... : super toxic yi MasterYi said that he was gonna feed if i didn't say "sorry" to him for taking (my) blue! and i would also like to note that he already had a blue on him at the time... people like this make me not wanna play the game, i would appreciate it if you at least read through the chat logs from this game and considered punishing him thanks !

(so this was my report to the tribunal and like i mentioned i really hope it goes through because honestly this is one of the most people i have came across in the whole time playing this game)

i just wanted to talk to the community about this and hopefully some day the people at riot will really work on placing in a better way of reviewing cases/ toxic players :P this was just some feedback i would like to give to hopefully help developers improve the game for the better of the community

btw sorry this was so lengthy with bad format! [slayer-jinx-catface]

I gave a suggestion. People hate it. They like their current system, because clearly people who rarely play the game itself have a bigger opinion than the people who play daily and know how horrible the situation in all ranks and levels is... Low level games are horrible, you're better off playing with bots, because the blind/draft games are just filled with toxic smurfs.

If they are the jungler, they have smite, no buffs are your's unless they give them to you. I'm not justifying the way he acted, but perhaps if you weren't so entitled, he may have had a slightly more positive reaction. TBH, "Toxic" describes the way you are acting as well by expecting everything handed to you, including nice teammates. It's a two way street.
