tell me in what world do any of these would make someone go,ya this person deserves to be PERMANTLY BANNED FROM OUR GAME,like in what pssy ass world do some one look at that and be like ya thats too toxic,btw saying wtf alone was everytime some one inted or did something really dumb and i just say wtf.

The question is more "Does this deserve a punishment?" rather than "Does this deserve a permanent ban?" If it does deserve a punishment (and this most certainly is punish worthy), then the punishment you get is based on your punishment history. Frequent offenders receive harsher punishments over time, eventually leading up to a 14 day ban, and after that a permanent ban. So, if you have received a 14 day ban prior to this, then the next step is a permanent ban. The reform card for your 14 day ban even warns you that your next punishment will be a permanent ban.

Looking at the match history of the account, there's a noticeable 14 day gap from 7/8 - 7/22, so I'd be willing to bet that was a 14 day ban. You've only played for 3 days for a total of 26 games, and in at least 3 of those you've already gone back to the behavior that got you punished previously. This is why you were permanently banned. You received multiple warnings and punishments and decided to ignore them all, so Riot decided that they've had enough and don't want you playing their game anymore.

Probably because you come off a 2-week ban where you're specifically told that ANY further punishments would result in a permanent ban, and you think chat like this is okay?

Ya know, the majority of the people come here claiming they didn't deserve what they get, who also comes here thinking their last game is the reason for their ban.

Which is very far from the truth when it normally comes to the ban itself. Here's the thing. The system focuses on only TWO major things. That's consistency and severity. If you're consistently being negative, flaming, harassing, griefing, or flat out being toxic, you'll get a penalty. Each penalty has a tier. Here's the 4:

  • 10-game chat restriction
  • 25-game chat restriction
  • 14-day ban
  • Permaban.

Normally, getting a permaban is rather hard to get. UNLESS (this is where severity comes in) you skipped the first two penalties. In order to skip these two, you have to either use a cheat or use something against the zero-tolerance policy. These normally lead to a 14-day ban.

So now it comes to you and this chat-log. As you know and as you provided, you said nothing against the zero-tolerance policy. Which only leads to one thing. Consistency. You overtime while using Riot's Service have gone against the Terms of Use, which you agreed upon before you downloaded this game.

So you say your chat didn't deserve the ban. You're most certainly right. But what you missed was your consistent negative attitude and penalty tiers you used up led you to your ban. Not this chat. This chat led you to get a penalty. Meaning you had no penalty left due to the fact you used them all up. You finished up the 3rd tier, which was a 14-day ban. Your last penalty was the permaban.

So did you deserve the ban for this chat? No. Did you deserve the penalty? Yes. Did you deserve the ban in general? Yes. Because you showed that you have no room to reform and no intent in improving your attitude.

Alright, since you obviously dont want to have an actual discussion I'll just spell it out for you. You were 14 day banned. You continued being toxic. You got permanantly banned. Your account is gone forever and you'll never get it back. Bye.

General negative attitude. Probably would be a chat restriction, but given a prior 14 day ban, it gets escalated to a perm.

You first get a 10 game chat restriction then a 25 game chat restriction into a 2 week ban. After the 2 week ban, any negativity will result in a permaban unless you show that you have reformed.

Game 1 You were constantly arguing with your teammate, arguing in itself spreads negativity because it sways you and your team from objective: winning the game.

Game 2

Calling someone "fuking retarded" after you just got off your 2 week ban? What makes that ok just because they made 1 mistake. You should have known better if you've been given at least 2 warnings prior to the permanent suspension.

Now keep in mind, if your toxicity was severe you would have been banned with 1 game. In this instance, the system was being patient with you but your constant negativity in each game displayed by the in-game player reform card is enough for this permaban.

You were given multiple chances and you still decided not to reform and displayed negativity in chat so yes, you do deserve this. REGARDLESS of how severe it is, once you get a 2 week temp ban your punishment will be escalated. If you genuinely think this type of behavior of belittling and spreading negativity in chat overall is ok, you need to fix your behavior.
