Premade reports do not stack and punishment is calculated per match not per report, so mass reporting isn't why you were banned. Punishment is done through 4 steps, though extreme behavior may result in skipping multiple steps.

If you wish to discuss the validity of your punishment with the community or are looking for some clarity on how the system works, please post your reform card. If you need to contest your ban with Riot you'll need to submit a ticket.

nope, takes reports over multible games befor the system even pick it up, also the system takes premade into account.
