Riot games, sorry for my english because im Lithuanian. I know how you work hard and i really sorry for being toxic I was very angry. Now I know how it can hurt a person when you say such things. This account was the most loved for me, but then I didn't understand how the newcomers are trying to play this game. And now I understand that and I promise no more anger problems and never harm a new player. This game has taught me that we are all equal. And very much please unban me.

I can't see the chat logs there (you provided a screenshot of the first portion of the first log rather than the full chat log itself), but a permanent ban typically either comes after completely egregious behavior or after repeated chat restrictions and a 14-day ban. As a result Riot does not lift permanent bans that are not placed in error, as players who receive them have either severely violated the Terms of Use, repeatedly violated the Terms of Use after being given ample opportunities to correct their behavior, or both.
