And I'd hardly call it a "light ban". It's the semi-final punishment, with the only one after that being a permaban.

Technically speaking you can. You just need to hit h2. But it's pretty dam hard to get back out there from h0 within the remaining time.

14-day ban is not a light punishment. It's the punishment before a permaban, and to let you know, you account is now on thin ice, so any little bit of toxicity can get you punished and permabanned.
