An idea to keep LoL players from raging by revamping the honor system

Revamp the current honor system, so that at the end of the game if a player was helpful and positive they can earn a karma point. They can only receive one karma point from a player once a month. This will prevent your friends from giving you tons of karma points over and over again because they will only be able to give you one. Once you receive enough Karma points you will get a free random skin for the champions that you own and this is rewarded once a month, so you can earn a total of 12 free skins a year. Riot could do it where if you receive a certain number of karma points you earn the 520 lp skin and if you get a certain higher amount of karma points you could get skins above a 520 lp skin. You will not receive a skin that you already own as well. This will incentive players to be positive and this system prevents people from abusing it since you need to get continual karma points from different people. Also, this should only be implemented in rank only. This will encourage a growing player base in rank to help que times. Also, this will help improve ranked match making to be a lot less toxic and more competitive in a positive environment with positive attitudes. Also, I suggest that if you get too many reports that you will start to lose karma points. Therefore, if you behave nice you will continue to gain karma points, but as soon as you start misbehaving then you will lose karma points based on player discretion. To prevent the system from taking karma points from you this will only happen if more then 4 people report you in a game. This is because sometimes there are 1 or 2 people that may just not like you or tend to flame using the report system. The likelihood of 4 people abusing the reporting system isn't as likely. This should be a decent depiction of a good standing of karma points. Also, if you get too many negative karma points then it should send an alert to Riot to watch for this person's behavior because they probably need to get banned either temporary or maybe permanent.
