Smurfs are ruining my day

If you are not a smurf, there are 4 people in your team that can be. While there are 5 people in the enemy team who can be a smurf. There are higher chances that enemy team gets a smurf, this lowers my win rate and is not fair. Riot please implement an isp email system when registering so everyone can only get an account.

WookieeCookie: Agreed! That’s why we can’t endorse it. Instead of trying to restrict or prevent smurfs, various teams across Riot try to minimize issues caused by smurfing. For example, one of the teams that works on meta-game systems developed pretty good detection methods that quickly separate new players from experienced smurf accounts in the early levels. Within a few matches, smurf accounts only end up playing against other smurf accounts.

The problem with this is that many high elo players are forced to deal with absurd queue times (and then also getting autofilled at significantly higher frequencies). They smurf not so that they can stomp lower elo players (okay... some do...) but mostly because they want to play their roles without waiting for absurd amounts of times between games.

I don't think you understand, yes, smurfs are normally better at the game, but they do not have an unfair advantage at the beginning of the game. They have 4 abilities, you have 4 abilities. You each have 2 summoners. Plus every game allows a player to redo the experience, so stop complaining about playing against a smurf and just get better at the game so you win more games.

While it can be frustrating, take this opportunity to improve anything you want. Consider he's say, D5. His overall mechanics are better than yours. Learn from him. See how he trades, farms, rotates, builds. You can't do much against him. You're stuck in this game, going afk will only punish you. Make use of this time, don't let it be wasted.
