Chat restriction problems

For the first time ever, I received a chat restriction on this account - I'd like to question why I even got a chat restriction.

 The game before the restriction (which most likely was the result of it) wasn't even explained to me.  I got no popup for chat logs stating what i said that was so negative.  I'm pretty sure only one person actually even reported me.  Funnily enough, it was probably the troll of the game.  I bet that my report did nothing to him (lol) which really makes sense when you're trying to implement a balanced behavior system.  I'd like to note that I never actually even used hate speech or if I did, minimal, and that majority of what I was saying consisted of me telling the other team to report the troll because he:

1. Locked in Ezreal as jungle without communicating to the team

2. Didn't bring smite (forcing our top to go jungle to lighten the load)

3. Bought a spellthiefs

4. Followed me wherever I went, not allowing the actual support to support me and causing her to go top due to the pressure not being stopped top if the jungle sat there

5. With the spellthiefs - took practically all cs in laning phase (I was adc) - minimizing the amount of gold we could gain

6. Cancelled my backs by hitting me with Tristana e's that he would tank

7. Built ability power/zz/banner/runnans which really helped when he wasn't even with the team

   Frankly this encounter has removed me from Honor 3? I clearly can't comprehend why this would even occur. It's almost as if you'd like the community to just be filled with toxic people. I did not support the removal of the trolling report because there are people that do troll, and you're giving them space to avoid bans and to continue to ruin games and players like me. Maybe you're just too lazy to review games because you think system knows best and that this Isn't a problem. I don't think you'd understand how much work this would take to get me back into honor 3 let alone honor 5, because its not like you get random honor demotes like we do. I honestly just want you to review your enforcement on me. I don't feel like this restriction is what i deserve, especially because giving me a chat restriction for me being the poor sport in the situation is what would make sense let alone being "negative" in one game being the immediate cause of being placed in honor 1, once again having the troll most likely get away scott-free. Just like any other player in the community, I've input countless hours to this game and things like this really remove my confidence in even playing this game. I'm sure most other players feel the same way. When people make ridiculous calls like this. It hurts the player. The game alone was demoralizing. Does negativity include saying you want to kill yourself? Is it negative to state your feelings due to occurrences? Would it be negative to state that you feel terrible due to a player trolling and actually might kill yourself due to how painful it is to coexist with such beings on this platform? I'm the one who's the victim if you haven't realized. It takes a lot to get someone to say they want to kill themselves. Maybe the person who caused them to say that Isn't the victim. On top of that I'm honor one because one person thinks I'm "negative" and the rest think I'm a "good player" who should have honor 3 right now, like I did yesterday.

   Its like they actually want you to kill yourself. Thanks. Come back to me when you can actually discuss problems in regard to this instead of once again swinging the ban hammer on me, completely removing me from this platform, just because I chose to speak about it and not agree to your decisions.

I notice that yes, I do include hate speech but when I say shit like "mentally ill" its not like I was calling him that because he was fucking around nor being a retard but because he had a complete mindset as to making the team suffer as he wished. Like would calling someone sadistic get you chat banned?

Some parts make more sense with context but I'm also assuming that it only takes my chat logs into consideration like when I said "?" "ur fucking trolling" cause once again "ezreal calling us bad" "n telling us to cry more"

"u finally talked too pussy" was just another infuriated response as I was extremely mad yes, I was rage driven at that point because he was just talking shit about us.

and I know I'm not the healthiest person in the game, but damn it hurts to probably be the only one punished for saying given terms, rather than the one trolling being punished at all.

Also: I don't think that the reports for negativity should even exist. Everyone has bad days, bad games, but one you hit the report button you're instantly punished. Most people don't even know whats truly allowed to be spoken in the game. A better implementation would be just the Instant Feedback System deciding which players are offensive by itself - no reports, just it reading all chat logs as if it did with mine. Or maybe just a warning stating that you've been toxic within a duration and telling you to remember that offensive language is punishable.

Another: I don't think you guys realize that I'm not orienting this only to myself and to my punishment, but to both mine and the one Ezreal didn't get (most likely cause I wasn't notified) (maybe if you get dishonored first, your report becomes invalid?)
